ดังนั้นห้ามมิให้นำผลงานเหล่านี้ไปใช้แสวงหาประโยชน์ทางด้านการค้า หรืออื่นใด นอกเหนือจากการใช้เพื่อการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาประเทศเท่านั้นและจะต้องอ้างอิงถึงเจ้าของผลงานและมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารีทุกครั้ง
